Starting 令和5年2月6日, moving-out notifications (「転出届」) and advance notifications of planned visit for moving-in (「転入届の来庁予定連絡」) can be submitted electronically via Mynaportal (Pittari Service). 令和5年2月6日より、マイナポータル（ぴったりサービス）から、「転出届」と「転入届の来庁予定連絡」が電子申請で行えるようになりました。

If you are a foreign resident

Bring the 在留カード for everyone who moved. Several wards will make you return a second time without it.

Residence Card (在留カード), Special Permanent Resident Certificate (特別永住者証明書), or Alien Registration Certificate (外国人登録証明書 - deemed Special Permanent Resident Certificate) [Foreign residents only] Please bring these for all moving-in individuals. In addition, documents proving the relationship to the head of household and a Japanese translation specifying the translator's details may be required. For details, please see "Documents Proving the Relationship of Foreign Residents". 在留カード、特別永住者証明書または外国人登録証明書（みなし特別永住者証明書）【外国人住民の方のみ】転入する方全員分をお持ちください。また、世帯主との続柄を証する文書および訳者を明記した訳文が必要となる場合があります。詳細は「外国人住民の続柄を証する文書について」をご覧ください。
When foreign residents submit resident register (住民票) notifications, documents proving their relationship may be required. If the head of household in the same household is a foreign resident, an official document proving the relationship between the applicant and the head of household (if the official document is not in Japanese, a translation specifying the translator is also required) is necessary. 外国人住民の方が住民票の届出をする際、続柄を証する文書が必要な場合があります。同一世帯内の世帯主が外国人住民である場合は、本人と世帯主との続柄を証明する公的な文書（公的な文書が日本語でない場合は、その訳文（訳者を明記したもの）も必要です）が必要となります。

The person themselves A person in the same household as the person Legal representative of the person (person with parental authority for a child under 18 years old, guardian of a minor for a child under 18 years old, adult guardian) If, due to unavoidable reasons, an agent from a different household other than the above submits the notification, a letter of proxy (委任状) is required. 本人本人と同一世帯の方本人の法定代理人（18歳未満の子の親権者、18歳未満の子の未成年後見人、成年後見人）やむを得ない理由により、上記以外の本人とは別世帯の代理人が届出を行う場合は、委任状が必要です。
