What we collect

  • Your email address (to sign you in).
  • Your phone number — only if you choose to verify it.
  • Your profile: display name, languages, area, and optionally where you're from.
  • What you post and the messages you send.

How we use it

To run the service: show your requests to neighbours, connect you with helpers, and send notifications you've enabled. We don't sell your personal data.

Auto-translation

To make posts readable across languages, the text you post is sent to Microsoft Azure Translator for translation. Don't put sensitive personal details in public posts.

Who can see what

Your requests and public profile are visible to other users. Private messages are visible to the people in that conversation, and access is enforced at the database level. For safety and moderation, our team may review messages, posts, or profiles that are reported or flagged.

Where it's stored

Your data is hosted by Supabase in the Tokyo (ap-northeast-1) region. To run the service we also rely on a few processors that may handle some data outside Japan: Vercel (web hosting), Microsoft Azure Translator (post translation), Apple (push notifications and Sign in with Apple), Resend (sign-in and notification emails), and Sentry (crash and error monitoring). We share only what each needs to do its job.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language, and note which link referred you — a non-personal channel label such as 'reddit', used only to see which communities we're reaching. No advertising or third-party trackers.

Your choices

You can edit your profile any time, and you can delete your account and all your data from the app — on the My activity page (web) or Me → Delete account (iOS). You can also email us at the address below.
