What we collect

  • Your email address (to sign you in).
  • Your phone number — only if you choose to verify it.
  • Your profile: display name, languages, area, and optionally where you're from.
  • What you post and the messages you send.

How we use it

To run the service: show your requests to neighbours, connect you with helpers, and send notifications you've enabled. We don't sell your personal data.

Auto-translation

To make posts readable across languages, the text you post is sent to Microsoft Azure Translator for translation. Don't put sensitive personal details in public posts.

Who can see what

Your requests and public profile are visible to other users. Private messages are visible only to the people in that conversation. Access is enforced at the database level.

Where it's stored

Data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) in the Tokyo (ap-northeast-1) region.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language, and note which link referred you — a non-personal channel label such as 'reddit', used only to see which communities we're reaching. No advertising or third-party trackers.

Your choices

You can edit your profile any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and data. Contact us via the email below.
