Booking
To relieve counter congestion, online appointment booking to visit the 区役所 (Ward Office) is required for notifications of moving in (転入届) and change of address (転居届) for 3 or more foreign residents at the same time. These cannot be processed at 地域事務所 (Community/Branch Offices). Please make a reservation via the website below at least 3 days before (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and Year-End/New Year holidays) your planned visit to the 区役所. Foreigner Group Visit Reservation Form (External Website) If 3 or more people belong to the same household (family), no appointment is necessary, and applications can also be processed at 地域事務所. 窓口混雑緩和のため、3人以上同時の外国人のかたの転入届と転居届については、オンラインで区役所への来庁予約が必要です。地域事務所では受付できません。 区役所に来る予定日の、3日前まで（土曜日、日曜日、祝日、年末年始を除く）に下記サイトより予約してください。 外国人団体来庁予約フォーム（外部サイト） 3人以上でも同じ世帯（家族）の場合は、予約は不要で、地域事務所でも受付できます。
If you are a foreign resident
- Any one of Residence Card, Special Permanent Resident Certificate, or Alien Registration Certificate (for foreign nationals). * For the My Number Card (Individual Number Card) and Residence Card, the new address will be written in the remarks/update column. 在留カードまたは特別永住者証明書、外国人登録証明書のいずれか（外国人の方）。 ※マイナンバーカード（個人番号カード）、在留カードは新しい住所を追記欄に記載します。
- For moving-in notifications (転入届) and change of address notifications (転居届) for 3 or more foreign residents at the same time, an online appointment to visit the ward office (区役所) is required. Procedures cannot be accepted at local branch offices (地域事務所). 3人以上同時の外国人のかたの転入届と転居届については、オンラインで区役所への来庁予約が必要です。地域事務所では受付できません。
