Applications and issuance for Specified Residence Cards and Specified Special Permanent Resident Certificates will begin on 令和8年6月14日 (Sunday). Application for continued use of the Individual Number Card (マイナンバーカード) at the time of filing a moving-in notification may not be possible in some cases. 転入届時のマイナンバーカード継続利用申請はできない場合があります。
When moving in with a change date retroactive by 1 year or more, original supporting documents (such as lease agreements) confirming continuous residence from the time you started living there until the present are required. 異動日を1年以上遡って転入する場合は、居住を始めた時から現在まで、居住し続けていることが確認できる疎明資料（賃貸契約書等）の原本が必要です。
