Outside those hours：Other than the above, procedures are accepted at the ward office's 時間外受付 (After-Hours Reception) (中央館地下1階 [Central Building B1F]). 上記以外は区役所の時間外受付（中央館地下1階）で受付します。

The after-hours window normally only takes custody of your paperwork — a 戸籍 clerk checks it on the next working day.

This is a receipt of documents (provisional reception), so certificates of acceptance, etc., cannot be issued.
