Health insurance — 国民健康保険 setup at Toshima ward office
Need to sign up for kokumin-kenkō-hoken at the Toshima ward office. Last time I tried alone the staff member was patient but I got lost on the income-declaration form. Anyone free Wednesday afternoon?
